“The grants that LCF has provided the Lamorinda Spirit VanProgram helps seniors have a higher quality of life as well as meeting critically important medical needs. Your funding helps us pay for van maintenance, fuel and administrative expenses. I am very grateful for your support.”
Mary Bruns, Program Director, Lamorinda Spirit Van

“The LCF grant has allowed Ombudsman Services’ staff and volunteers to expand our advocacy efforts, and enhance our ability to focus on the approximately 350 long-term care seniors in 14 facilities in the Lafayette area. As a new grant recipient, we truly appreciate the support that LCF has provided.”
Nicole Howell, Executive Director, Ombudsman Services of Contra Costa County
“LCF’s Excellence Grant has made a tremendous difference at a time when White Pony Express is expanding our operations to fulfill our mission of ending hunger and poverty in Contra Costa by connecting those with surplus to agencies and organizations that feed and clothe those in need.”
