Samantha Woehrle
Samantha is the co-founder of Woehrle Real Estate with her dad Greg Woehrle and has greatly appreciated living in the Lafayette area for 24 years. Samantha grew up in the Happy Valley neighborhood and has significant admiration for Lamorinda’s tight knit community, inviting neighborhoods, excellent school districts, and of course the unmatched weather and scenery. Her passion for understanding people’s needs and delivering service beyond expectations combined with a love for real estate and design, motivates Samantha to help her clients through each transaction with the utmost care and respect.
Her experience as the oldest child of six kids combined with her past experience as a manager, and as a private tutor has given Samantha a lot of opportunities to practice efficient communication, successfully solve problems, offer sound solutions, and train her mind to be open and patient. Buying or selling a home is more than a transaction, it is a life transition and Samantha is devoted to showing up for her clients in any and every way they need.
Samantha is also in her second term serving on the board of the Real Estate Marketing Association as the Secretary. Samantha plans to be Co-Broker at Woehrle Real Estate and is devoted to building lasting relationships with her clients and with other businesses in the community. As a graduate from Washington State University, Samantha holds a B.A. in Human Development and Psychology and continued education at UC Berkeley achieving a Certificate in UI and UX Design. During the pandemic, Samantha reinforced her true dream of building a brokerage with her dad and worked to attain her real estate license. Samantha and Greg are proudly East Bay’s first father-daughter real estate team located in Lafayette.
